Dynamic Hatha Yoga based on Anusara, litterally „to flow in grace", is an intense practice no matter what level. Anusara has become known as "School of Hatha Yoga".

Regular and consistent practice of yoga - Abhyasa and Vairaghya - creates a better coordination between mind and body. Abhyasa simply means repeated yoga practice combined with Vairaghya, the letting go of expectations of the outcome.


This draws the attention to the present moment and brings emotional balance along with mental clarity by taking practitioners on a journey into meditation: " to move into stillness".
